When are yall gonna update modinstaller? soon or later?

Do you have a set date of when you will make the 1.11 an option for versions?

so...
I have MC Modinstaller downloaded on my pc, and it works fine.
but it´s a completely different story on my laptop. It´s a Dell laptop with an I-5 processor, and it should be able to withstand modinstaller. But for some reason, it wont even open it up!! I´ve looked in task manager and it doesn´t say it´s running or starting up, I have no idea what´s going on, please help. (my Minecraft launcher is fine by the way, it works with any version and any mods using say, Curse, I think it´s just my Modinstaller.)

When i start minecraft, and then quit minecraft, i try to enter in Modinstaller but it doesn´t enter, even if i end the process in task manager
