My game crashed and cannot be load because of the installation of the flans mod . how can i delete this mod? It only crashed on the Minecraft Mod Installer. Can you please help?

Every time I attempt to create a world, it only goes to where it says "building terrain" and then afterwards, it says "shutting down internal servers". So, in short, I am unable to get it to work. Could you tell me what I might be doing wrong? IÂ´ve looked at every guide and I have made sure I did everything correctly. I canÂ´t figure out how to make it work.
